Dr. Hays listens closely, asks thoughtful questions, and takes time to understand your concerns. She explains your options clearly and answers questions so you can make informed decisions without pressure or judgment. She brings the same attentive approach to leading the Summit Dental Care team.
Dr. Hays discovered dentistry while working as a dental assistant after high school in Columbia, Missouri. She attended dental school at UAM in Managua, Nicaragua, her family’s home country, where she also volunteered to provide free care in underserved communities. She then continued her education in eastern Washington through the two-year Northwest Dental Residency, completing her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) training while serving as Chief Resident. She cared for communities throughout eastern Washington before practicing in downtown Seattle.
Today, she continues to strengthen her skills through advanced training while leading Summit Dental Care with a clear standard: thoughtful dentistry grounded in clinical excellence, empathy, hospitality, and trust.
